» I have been a professional photographer for the last 20 years. Heres how it all began....

I started out shooting rock concerts for fun. Then I photographed my son's from birth. In between worked for a few studios and did a lot of freelance work. I figured I could do the same thing, if not better, on my own and here I am today. I am my own boss. I do home portraits (families as well as their pets) weddings, private parties, live (music or sports) events. I hand paint black & white photos and do head shots for actors and musicians. I've discovered digital photography. What fun, never a dull moment. This piece was an assignment I did when I was in school about 10 years ago. It is of my oldest son Richie, he's now 20 years old. I used black & white film and then I sepia toned the print. I used available window light. I love what I do. I couldn't image doing anything else.
